We hope you love your purchase from Anna’s Corner. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order under the conditions below.
Please note: return shipping costs are not free and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, undamaged, and shows no signs of wear.

All original parts, accessories, and packaging are included and intact.

The product has been handled with care. Damage caused by misuse or careless handling will not be accepted.

Items where hygiene is important must be returned clean and unused.

Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or do not meet the conditions above.
Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed within 7 working days.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are not covered by Anna’s Corner and must be paid by the customer.
All returns are sent to our central warehouse, and shipping costs vary depending on location.
Right of withdrawal (cancellation)
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us by email within this period.
The withdrawal is complete once we have received the returned goods.
Please note:

Orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait for delivery and then return the item.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved and received, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional delivery costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Shipments in transit
As some orders may have longer transit times, cancellation is not possible once an order is on its way. If you wish to return your order, please wait until it arrives and then follow the return process.
To help us process your return faster, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation once you’ve returned the item.
